Today's sending plan
Your priority program sends first. Then hand out the safe leftover room across the other audiences. Each pool balances itself, so it can never be oversent.
Email inventory Every program: audience, emailed so far, left to send, and today
Priority program Agents Under Contract sends first
Contractor pool 5 shared inboxes, one daily limit for CO and WY contractors together
Agent pool CO and WY agents, after the under-contract earner takes its share
Your outreach, day by day
Every batch waits for your approval before it goes out.

Search
Look up an agent, a property, or a reply. One box, everything in it.
Send calendar
Each set of agents is named by the day its list came in - the 6-29 list, the 6-30 list, and so on. That set keeps the same name through its 1st, 2nd and 3rd emails.
Replies
Every reply, sorted so the interested ones never get lost. Star anything worth chasing, and re-file a reply if the auto-sort got it wrong.
Performance
Which subject lines and messages pull the most replies. The leader is the wording to keep; the weakest is the one to swap out on the Templates page. Success is measured by replies, since open tracking is off to protect your domains.
Domain & email health
Every sending mailbox, grouped by domain. The health score is Instantly's read on how well warm-up mail is landing (100% is good, even for a brand-new domain), not how finished the warm-up is. The "warming Nd" tag shows how long a domain has been warming; give a newly added one two to three weeks before leaning on it.

Team & access
Austin is a full operator across all five programs: he sets up and sends every program. He still has no access to website settings, users, integrations, credentials, or backup data.
Integrations
Instantly does the heavy lifting behind the scenes: warming up inboxes, spacing out sends, handling bounces. Hunter and Serper work together to turn each agent's name into a verified email address, Hunter first and Serper as the fallback, before anyone is loaded for sending. This site just shows you the parts that matter, in plain language, so you do not have to live inside Instantly.

Admin only · no-goThere is no bulk send, phone import, or lead-list upload here. Every draft belongs to one consented person and requires a separate approval, followed by a separate send confirmation.
Every person below has a consent record and may still be permanently suppressed at any time.
Each row is one exact message for one exact recipient.
Backup
- Every agent contacted, when, and which step
- All replies and how they were sorted
- Your do-not-contact list
- Your templates, schedule, and settings
- Your notes
- Your permanent operational-day audits and append-only event chain
Passwords and API keys are never included in a backup. If your computer ever fails, the copy in your email inbox lets us rebuild everything.
Do-not-contact
Anyone on this list is never emailed again, across every batch. Replies asking to stop and hard bounces land here automatically once the backend sync runs.
Bounced · needs attention
Emails that bounced. Press Suppress to block the address so it is never emailed again.
Unsubscribed
People who opted out. They are blocked automatically and never emailed again. Kept here so you can track how many and who.
