Look up an agent, a property, or a reply. One box, everything in it.
Send calendar
Each set of agents is named by the day its list came in - the 6-29 list, the 6-30 list, and so on. That set keeps the same name through its 1st, 2nd and 3rd emails.
Replies
Every reply, sorted so the interested ones never get lost. Star anything worth chasing, and re-file a reply if the auto-sort got it wrong.
Performance
Which subject lines and messages pull the most replies. The leader is the wording to keep; the weakest is the one to swap out on the Templates page. Success is measured by replies, since open tracking is off to protect your domains.
Domain & email health
Every sending mailbox, grouped by domain. The health score is Instantly's read on how well warm-up mail is landing (100% is good, even for a brand-new domain), not how finished the warm-up is. The "warming Nd" tag shows how long a domain has been warming; give a newly added one two to three weeks before leaning on it.

Integrations
Instantly does the heavy lifting behind the scenes: warming up inboxes, spacing out sends, handling bounces. Hunter and Serper work together to turn each agent's name into a verified email address, Hunter first and Serper as the fallback, before anyone is loaded for sending. This site just shows you the parts that matter, in plain language, so you do not have to live inside Instantly.

Quarterly outreach to Colorado contractors, one email per touch, four times a year, with a 90 day minimum gap. The audience is built and verified. Nothing sends on its own: a batch is staged, checked a second time, and handed over only when you press SEND.
